Common questions
Does SSC store my answers?
No. Your responses exist only in your browser session. SSC has no access to them unless you choose to send them to your coach.
What happens when I send results to my coach?
Your mail app opens with your scores pre-filled. You choose whether to send. The email goes directly to your coach — SSC does not intercept or store it.
Will my results be shared with my organisation?
Only if you choose to share them. Your Pulse results belong to you. Your coach may use anonymised, aggregated data to report on cohort progress — but never individual results without your explicit permission.
Can I come back and do this again?
Yes — that's the point. The same five questions at two months, six months, a year. Save your results each time so you can track the movement yourself.
